Evaluation of the Sustainable Funding and Contracting Initiative

As part of the implementation of the Sustainable Funding and Contracting with the Not-For-Profit Sector Initiative, the State Government required the development of an evaluation framework to monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the Initiative over the first five years of its implementation.

The Partnership Forum recommended to Government an initial evaluation framework and Curtin University's Not-for-Profit Initiative was appointed to apply the framework, commencing in 2012.

Curtin University's Not-for-profit Initiative has since published three evaluation reports (2012, 2013 and 2014) informed by data from the Department of Treasury, as well as surveys with the public and not-for-profit sectors.

In 2015, the evaluation of the Initiative was undertaken by the Department of Treasury. Please follow the link to the 2015 Evaluation Report and Covering Statement below:
